優力康生技公司李姓負責人、有鴻生技公司王姓實際負責人涉嫌製造及販售壯陽偽藥，遭橋檢依違反藥事法聲押獲准，其中，網紅「小哥哥艾理」等人也遭查出涉案，訊後新台幣10萬交保。橋頭地檢署今天指出，優力康生技公司涉嫌負責製造生產含有偽藥成分的壯陽藥物原料，並由康禾興業公司涉嫌負責將原物料填充成膠囊再封裝至鋁箔包裝中，後續由有鴻生技公司涉嫌負責將膠囊暨鋁箔包裝分裝成壯陽商品。檢方查出，相關商品再以「保健食品」為名義，由網紅指數公司涉嫌負責在各大網路通路販售；王男等人以上述方式製造及販賣偽藥，涉犯藥事法第82條第1項製造偽藥、同法第83條第1項販賣偽藥等罪嫌。
檢方9日對多處執行搜索，查扣相關偽藥計1萬7000盒等證物，經統計，被告等人在市面上販售偽藥逾14萬盒，販售金額達6000萬元，並拘提王男等人及傳喚多名證人到案說明。
檢方表示，經主任檢察官陳竹君及檢察官施佳宏、鍾葦怡、陳俐吟、林世勛訊問後，認為李男、王男等2人犯嫌重大，有勾串共犯、證人及滅證之虞，向橋頭地方法院聲請羈押禁見獲准；另外，被告網紅「小哥哥艾理」陳男等3人訊後，經檢察官諭知具保10萬元。
