彰化芬園鄉某國小傳出霸凌暴力事件，一名媽媽在臉書上發文求助「誰能幫我？」，表示自己的兒子遭多名補習班同學霸凌，這幾名男同學不僅將兒子拉近巷子內毆打，甚至還將霸凌過程拍下PO網，行徑相當囂張。對此，彰化縣教育局接獲通報後，立即召開校園霸凌防制委員會，全案正積極調查中。
受害學生家長在臉書發文表示，自己的兒子7日時被多名男同學拉進巷子內，所幸當時兒子脫逃成功。沒想到對方9日時又更囂張，受害男同學被其他同學圍住後，其中一人不段用力推他，受害男同學嚇壞不斷閃躲，但對方仍不罷手，整起過程也被其他同學拍下、PO網，事件發生後導致兒子不敢上學，也不敢去補習班。
自從霸凌事件在網路上發酵後，吸引大批網友熱議，對此校方也出面回應，14日得知疑似有校園霸凌事件發生，已經在法定時間內完成校安通報，並且啟動霸凌防治機制，目前已召開審查小組會議，並且依照規定辦理事宜，會透過正當合理、符合教育目的的方式，導正學童的偏差行為。
