才剛剛發布完2025夏季女裝系列，CELINE即立刻宣布Hedi Slimane卸任設計總監一職，並宣告由曾任Polo Ralph Lauren創意總監的美國設計師Michael Rider接手，雖然Hedi的離去稍早已有傳言，但對於他的未來位置還在議論紛紛的時刻，Michael Rider的回鍋也許更令人期待。
CELINE稍早宣布，「Hedi Slimane自2018年1月擔任品牌的藝術、創意及形象總監以來，將正式離職」。在他任職的7年之中，「Hedi Slimane全面且嚴謹的視野，使他得以重新定義CELINE的核心價值，同時堅守其根源於巴黎的法式女性魅力特質。他亦為品牌開拓了新的領域，包括男裝系列、訂製系列及高訂香水系列」。而其實早在今年4月，WWD已經報導Hedi可能離去的消息。

根據外媒報導，新任藝術總監Michael Rider畢業於羅德島州布朗大學，2004年至2008年期間，曾在 BALENCIAGA擔任高級設計師，而往後的10年間，他都在CELINE工作，並成為Phoebe Philo得力助手，今年5月，他離開了前東家Polo Ralph Lauren。未來他將負責CELINE男女裝、皮件、配飾以及高訂的創意設計。
