台南地檢署聲押台鹽綠能前董事長陳啟昱等5名被告，台南地院訂於31日重開羈押庭。民進黨今（30）日召開廉政會，陳啟昱因還有待召開羈押庭，先立案調查。

至於一旦陳案結果出爐，民進黨廉政會將緊急開臨時會處理一事，廉政會主委邱駿彥今晚會後受訪表示，畢竟此案與桃園前市長鄭文燦案有別，所以陳啟昱案會在下次廉政會例會召開時才處理。

此外，至於基隆市議員張顥瀚傳出涉嫌詐領助理費，邱駿彥指出，張詐領金額是目前看到最少的一件，且當事人也已經提出抗告，因此廉政會也是將張案立案調查。不過，由於張顥瀚傳出是民進黨祕書長林右昌的人馬，邱駿彥說，今天會中無人提「林右昌」，廉政會不受派系影響。
