（中央社記者黃旭昇新北30日電）新北市衛生局今天表示，於某食品工廠抽驗濟生公司生產的飛馬牌特調咖哩粉檢出蘇丹色素一號，疑違反食品安全衛生管理法，已移請濟生所轄北市衛生局釐清是否違法添加或污染。
衛生局今天發布新聞表示，某食品工廠使用濟生公司生產的飛馬牌特調咖哩粉600克（有效日期:2026.05.06D）檢驗出蘇丹色素一號（蘇丹紅）。這批調味料已經使用26盒製成一般餐食。食品公司將剩餘庫存32盒全數下架，並退回上游供應商。
衛生局說，清查這家食品工廠，供應新北市5所學校，都未使用該批調味料，且其他轄內團膳業者也未使用。
衛生局說，濟生公司有違反食安法之虞，已移請濟生公司所轄台北市衛生局追查下架回收情形，並進一步釐清產品是否有違法添加或製程污染。（編輯：龍柏安）1131030
