新北市板橋區某高職前，昨天（20日）晚上9時許，發生1起鬥毆事件，1名陳姓男子（31歲）與張姓女子（24歲）分手1個多月，為了求復合，就到校門前等張女放學，但看到張女坐上莊姓男子（24歲）駕駛的豪車離開，陳男瞬間醋意爆表馬上騎車追上莊男駕駛的車並攔下，隨即爆發肢體衝突。警方獲報到場，雙方雖互不提告，但警方仍依《社會秩序維護法》裁罰，並依《家庭暴力防治法》通報新北市社會局。

（圖／翻攝畫面）據了解，陳男雖已和張女分手，但仍希望挽回這段感情能復合，於是鬥毆事件發生前，陳男騎車前往板橋區某高職等念夜間部的張女下課，豈料，到了校門口卻眼睜睜看著張女上了莊男開的豪車，陳男瞬間醋意爆表，騎車追到華興街時攔下正在等紅燈莊男並理論，但一言不合就爆發肢體衝突。

板橋警分局獲報派員到場，雙方已停止鬥毆，陳男頭部擦挫傷，莊男則右手擦挫傷，警方將相關人等帶回調查，但2人互不提告，張女也無意聲請保護令。陳、莊2人經警詢後被依《社會秩序維護法》裁罰，另依《家庭暴力防治法》通報社會局家防中心。
