（中央社記者蔡智明嘉義縣18日電）嘉義縣螢火蟲爆發，山區入夜處處可見螢光閃閃，嘉義縣文化觀光局今年結合親子步道、部落文化、鐵道風光及隱藏景點，推出23處賞螢秘境，邀民眾走入自然、欣賞夢幻螢光。
文觀局今天發布新聞稿表示，4月到6月是賞螢最佳時機，邀民眾到大阿里山區過夜，欣賞夢幻美景，推薦阿里山鄉、梅山鄉、竹崎鄉、番路鄉與中埔鄉23處賞螢秘境。
嘉義縣長翁章梁表示，嘉義縣是全國有最多螢火蟲品種縣市，其中阿里山區棲息超過40種，超過台灣品種總數一半。
翁章梁說，文觀局與可樂旅遊、AiTravel有愛旅行社合作，推出精選9大「追光遊程」；另外，農業部農村發展及水土保持署南投分署與11家在地旅宿業者推平日入住贈體驗活動，為旅客打造多元深度行程。
