[周刊王CTWANT] 高雄市三民區九如二路與大順路一帶鄰近輕軌軌道，於20日傍晚約4時左右，發生了一起機車自摔事故。警方指出，由朱姓男性騎士所駕駛的機車在行經彎道處時突然失去控制，直接駛入了輕軌軌道範圍。由於事發當時並未有輕軌列車通過，朱姓騎士雖當場所遭受腿部開放性骨折，但並無生命安全疑慮，經救護人員送往醫院接受救治。
警方經初步了解，推測事故肇因可能與朱姓騎士於下班時精神狀況不佳有關，惟確切原因仍有待後續調查釐清。警方除對肇事車輛進行開立罰單告發外，亦將相關事證函送地檢署偵辦，進而釐清是否觸及公共危險罪的構成要件，以利後續追究責任。
