28日清晨6時許，新北市土城區延吉街一處公寓、2樓發生火警，當時4樓一對于姓兄妹（24歲）、2樓簡姓女屋主（62歲）受困，新北市消防局獲報，派遣人車趕往救援，受困的3人順利逃生，所幸均意識清醒，預防性送醫，分別送往雙和、亞東醫院檢查，詳細起火原因還有待釐清。
據了解，今天清晨，新北土城延吉街一棟5層樓公寓、2樓發生火警，新北市消防局獲報，派遣29車73人前往灌救，建築內冒出大量火及濃煙，消防人員緊急救出2樓及4樓受困者，其中3樓屋主不在家，火勢約1個多小時後撲滅，燃燒客廳雜物約20平方公尺，起火原因有待進一步調查。
